2. SCHEDULE
Once we thoroughly discuss your project and identify your specific needs, we will arrange a complimentary estimate.
3. ESTIMATE
One of our representatives will visit your home to review the project together. During the meeting, he will gather all the essential measurements and discuss the design plans.
4. PROPOSAL
Following the initial visit, you will be provided with a comprehensive proposal. If you have any questions or wish to discuss any modifications, please don't hesitate to reach out at this stage. Should everything meet your approval and you're ready to proceed, you will receive a contract for you to sign, along with a scheduled date. From that moment you will be able to collaborate on the design and sourcing the materials. We will also hand all the necessary permits, so you don't have to worry about anything.
4. PROJECT
Throughout the project, we will ensure consistent communication with you to guarantee that everything is on track. We will take care of all necessary inspections, allowing you to relax and not worry about that aspect. Once the project is completed, there will be a final walk-through to ensure that the work aligns with your expectations and meets our standards. After finalization, you will be invited to complete a survey to provide your feedback on our performance! It’s as straightforward as that.
